Henry County prides itself to be rich in agriculture. Our communities surround themselves in flourishing fields of corn, wheat, soybean, and vegetables. Our local farmers play a major role in the economic growth and development of our county. While not only providing consumable foods and contributing to major food sectors such as the largest Campbell Soup plant in North America, here in Napoleon, they also furnish industrial raw materials to many other economic sectors in the region and across the nation. Our youth is exposed early on to the lifestyle that farming encompasses, whether it is helping out on their family farm, joining the local 4H Chapter or participating in their schools FFA classroom.
