With our affordable cost of living, short commutes, and diverse municipalities, Henry County is a great place to live, work, and raise a family.  Within the past few years, the reality of increasing Henry County's housing market has been on the frontline.  With our county's median house price averaging under $160,000 (a 14% increase from May 2021 and still $62,000 less than surrounding MSA markets according to the Noris MLS), our communities could not keep up with the housing needs.  With a 30% increase in new realty listings from April 2020, such demands have resulted in multiple housing developments and a 49-unit senior housing project recently completed in Napoleon.  With senior housing and villas offering our aging population their next home, this then opens the single-family housing market for our next generation of homeowners.  Housing development projects continue to be planned, increasing our availability to grow our communities.
